ZENA s.r.o. was incorporated in 1991 as a research and development company and has been supplying hollow fiber membranes related products since the very beginning. A commercial membrane application requires not just membranes but a module. ZENA delivers modules in various sizes however, special modules with prescribed foot prints, geometric dimensions, and filtration / contactor surfaces are offered. Ad hoc deliveries of specific modules according technical drawings supplied by a customer are also possible. Different fiber diameters and pore sizes (ultrafiltration, microfiltration) can be produced. Basic membrane module production is very modular and can be customized to various MBR and waste water needs. Small modules, housed or immersed are made to order. Luer lock port connection for lab and biotech usage and single fibers for sensor applications.      

 

 

We manufacture hollow fiber filtration modules. Technologies are developed, designed and commissioned by our customers. However, if a complete technology is required, then we are happy to put a potential customer in a connection, upon mutual agreement, with a company which has experience with our modules and has the required technology know how. A contactor membrane module is a device for gas/liquid or liquid/liquid contacting without dispersion of one phase within another. ZENA delivers contactor bundles and modules for degasification, liquid O2, CO2 saturation, removal of NH4 from liquid or gas. The physical chemical limits are parameters of polypropylene hollow fibers.
